Agreement

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of Pulse, a software product operated by JM Integrations, LLC ("we", "us"). By requesting access, accepting an invitation, or using Pulse, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use Pulse. Questions: pulse@jmintegrations.com.

The service

Pulse is an AI-powered outreach engine and CRM: it helps you manage contacts, campaigns, newsletters, scheduling, and your inbox. Pulse is currently offered as an invite-only beta. Beta software is provided "as is" and may contain bugs, incomplete features, or interruptions. Features, availability, and the product itself may change as the beta evolves.

Founding partner / beta program

Beta members who join under the founding partner program lock in their rate for as long as their subscription remains active and continuous. Lapsing or cancelling a subscription and later resubscribing may result in then-current pricing rather than the original founding rate. We will communicate any material change to the program in advance.

Acceptable use

• You will not use Pulse to send spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or unlawful communications.
• You are responsible for complying with applicable email and SMS regulations (including, where applicable, CAN-SPAM and similar laws) for any outreach or newsletters you send through Pulse.
• You will not use Pulse to harass, defraud, or mislead recipients, or to send content you do not have the right to send.
• You will not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to Pulse or its underlying systems.

AI-generated content

Pulse includes AI features that draft messages, summaries, and other content on your behalf. AI-generated drafts are suggestions only and require your review before sending. You are responsible for the accuracy, tone, and appropriateness of anything you send through your account, whether written by you or drafted by Pulse's AI.

Your data

How we collect, use, and protect your data is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Data you add to Pulse (contacts, notes, campaigns, and similar records) remains yours.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from within the app or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund prior charges except where required by law. Access to paid features ends at the close of your current billing period.

Limitation of liability

Pulse is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied, to the fullest extent permitted by law. To the fullest extent permitted by law, JM Integrations, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, Pulse.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as Pulse evolves. If we make material changes, we will notify active users and update the effective date above.
